Short description of the STOTT PILATES® Intensive REFORMER (IR) course
The Reformer equippment can best be compared to a rowing bench, on which you can work in a horizontal position, with gravity turned off, using spring resistance to work with physiological load. The machine allows you to gradually load and balance specific exercises from zero to maximum, with the shortening (concentric), lengthening (isometric) and stretching (eccentric) of the muscle.
Intensive Reformer (IR) training provides the basic knowledge and skills to deliver effective and exciting individual and small group Reformer sessions.
You will also gain a detailed knowledge of all exercises and their modifications, as well as the use of additional equipment (box, platform extender, etc.) to develop the most effective, INDIVIDUAL training plan.
